The only complaint I have is that I ordered an accessory when I put the deposit down on the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived months later the accessory had not been ordered or installed and now I will have when I put the deposit down on the vehicle. online booking prices don't match what customers are actually charged for. Don't bother booking an appointment. I was quoted a 2 hour wait for diagnostics.. it took 5 hours for them to tell me that th actually charged for. Don't bother booking an appointment. I was quoted a 2 hour wait for diagnostics.. it took 5 hours for them to tell me that the thing just wasn't plugged in. to top it off Matt gives pricing specifically to cause misunderstanding on pricing. instead of saying "one hundred seventy eight dollars and sixty two cents" he says "one seven eight six two." who quotes pricing like that? My husband and I were both talking to him on speaker and we both heard that same thing. so imagine my surprise when what we thought was going to cost an additional $60 on top of our other repairs to find out it was an additional $600... buyers beware. the main and express repair centers here are intentionally misleading and don't communicate or charge correctly. I had the best time buying my first new car. Sami had me laughing and work with my parents and I well.
