online booking prices don't match what customers are actually charged for. Don't bother booking an appointment. I was quoted a 2 hour wait for diagnostics.. it took 5 hours for them to tell me that th actually charged for. Don't bother booking an appointment. My husband and I were both talking to him on speaker and we both heard that same thing. so imagine my surprise when what we thought was going to cost an additional $60 on top of our other repairs to find out it was an additional $600... buyers beware. the main and express repair centers here are intentionally misleading and don't communicate or charge correctly.
