Had new jeep serviced for oil change 5,000 miles. Got home and noticed service tech didn't tighten the nut so oil was leaking. Also, was told when i picked up the vehicle the 1st time that they rotated t home and noticed service tech didn't tighten the nut so oil was leaking. Also, was told when i picked up the vehicle the 1st time that they rotated the tires which included the spare tire got home took the tire cover off the spare and noticed they did not rotate the spare tire like they told me because the vehicle was brand new and the spare still had the writing on the side walls.
