An exceptional experience because of one person; Faraz Amdani. Faraz took every step possible to make sure that my needs were met, and that I was very satisfied customer. Faraz consistently followed-up. Even when I didn't accept or return his calls, he stay with it. On Tuesday morning (06/29/2011) Faraz gave me a call and invited me in. This was his early day. Even though he was scheduled to be off at 7pm, Faraz took on a pretty good test drive of the nissan Altima. He cared about my needs so much that he was willing to, and did, take me to Don Davis Ford and Toyota, to test drive the Fusion and Camry. He did a great job of working the process of illumination. This took him well beyond 8:30 Tuesday evening (with his wife calling him over and over again - I think that it was 19 times). Faraz's commitment to my satisfaction didn't stop their. I told him that I was interested in the Nissan Sentra and that I would need a couple of days to think about it. Faraz set my expectation that he would be calling everyday to check on me. Needless to say, I took him up on his offer stopped by the next day. I was really interested in the Sentra S, however Faraz suggested the Special Edition SR and gave his reasons why. This is my second brand new nissan xterra to purchase from Don Davis in Arlington Texas. I loved my 2002 xterra and I was not ready to trade it but it was having some transmission issues after 160,000 m from Don Davis in Arlington Texas. I didn't hesitate to go back to Don Davis for my brand new 2011 xterra. George actually helped the young guy that sold my car to me and after young mr. garcia (i think was his name) was deployed George stepped right in and took over without missing a beat. He helped me with several after market upgrades and always made sure I either had a loaner car of equal value/comfort or I could be taken care of in a timely manner so that I wouldn't require a loaner. With his help, I just about have my new vehicle exactly the way I want it. He is always friendly and professional (and handsome):) and eager to help with any issues or questions that I have. He has also always made sure that my vehicle is given back to me looking better than when I left it and most of the time even fueled!!!! :) I also had a little dent that George and AC removed from my driver's door while i waited. They were both great and I was on my way in minutes!!! :) There was an incident of a miscommunication (on my part) and George has more than made up for it by convincing me that he is there for me. It is a great feeling to know that i have a great relationship with the person that will be my contact for the lifetime of my vehicle.
