The service advisor stated it would be about a two hour wait for a oil change. Two hours and 47 mins later he came to me in the waiting room told me the car was ready and told me he would meet me at the fr wait for a oil change. Two hours and 47 mins later he came to me in the waiting room told me the car was ready and told me he would meet me at the front to pay. When he met me he gave me a list of things that the vehicle needed to be worked on. Please keep in mind at that point the vehicle was already up front. Normally, the advisor would come see you to discuss what was wrong or needed to be done to the vehicle before closing you out. I guess Don Davis did not want my business. Vehicle was taken to another dealership so that the work needed on the vehicle could be completed. More
