My experience with Don Davis dealership has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. I worked with George Murray, and the lack of communication and care throughout the entire but frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. I worked with George Murray, and the lack of communication and care throughout the entire process has been unbelievable. I made it very clear up front that I did not want an electric vehicle—specifically because I work out of town and an EV doesn’t suit my daily needs at all. Despite that, they still proceeded to assign me an electric car without giving me any other options or even discussing it with me. I never saw the vehicle in person, never agreed to it, and had zero say in what I was being given. To make matters worse, even though the deal was supposedly completed, I didn’t receive a rental vehicle until several days later. I’ve now had that rental for about a month, and the car I was originally given is still in the shop waiting on parts. I’ve tried calling and texting the dealership multiple times to get updates, and almost every time, I’ve been ignored or brushed off. Communication is terrible, and there’s no real accountability from anyone involved. Just two days ago, I reached out again to ask whether I needed to take care of the oil change and tire rotation on the rental myself, since the car has been acting funny. That’s when I finally got a response, and I was told the car I was supposed to get would be ready later this week. Well, it’s now Thursday, and as expected, I haven’t heard a single word back. No confirmation, no follow-up, nothing. And even after I mentioned that the rental was having issues, they told me I could just wait and not worry about taking it in—completely ignoring the fact that I was experiencing problems with the vehicle. The entire process has been incredibly unprofessional and careless. It feels like once the sale was in motion, they completely stopped caring about me as a customer. I’ve been more than patient, but the lack of transparency, responsibility, and basic customer service has made this whole experience a nightmare. I do not recommend Don Davis dealership to anyone.
