The Don Davis Nissan dealership Service Department is very top notch. I recently had brought in my vehicle for preventive maintenance, 23 point inspection and synthetic oil and filter change. I was a very top notch. I recently had brought in my vehicle for preventive maintenance, 23 point inspection and synthetic oil and filter change. I was a little concerned that Laquesha (Service Advisor) had asked me if I wanted to stay with synthetic oil. I asked her why she asked that question and she stated, because some people were concerned about the price difference. I'm sure that most people would rather pay the slightly higher price for the synthetic oil, than to pay the much higher price later on for the engine/motor repairs. On a different note; I was so very impressed with Jayneris Barreto, my previous Service Advisor, from the time before. She came over and greeted me and remembered everything about my truck and even asked me if the new tires that she had recommended; were working out for me. She remembered my name and the work that I had done last time, when she had been my S.A. The only reason I didn't schedule my last Service appointment with Jayneris, is because I had a lot of things on my mind at the time, concerning my job. I just drove in and wasn't even thinking, until Jayneris came over and talked to me, while I was working with Laquesha. I was so embarrassed that I hadn't called Jayneris in advance to have my appointment with her. Don't get me wrong; Laquesha was very nice but the synthetic oil question was a bit concerning and confusing to me. Jayneris is just such a SuperStar; that I will definitely not let any personal distractions, make me forget ever again, to make my appointments with Jay. I already had all the information from her business card, programmed in my phone, but I was just dealing with some personal job distractions of my own at the time and just wasn't really thinking or concentrating at the time for my Nissan to be serviced. I would still give my top recommendation to anyone, as far as dealership and service department, that Don Davis Nissan is the best in Texas. More
