She never tried to put me in a vehicle above the price I gave her or convince me to try out cars that didn't match my request. I really got the feeling that she was working to get me a good deal/value and not just make a quick sale. When we went to finance we hit some road blocks with the bank I originally walked in with financing from but Ricky quickly turned it all around, found us a great offer, and was no nonsense. He took the time to explain several aspects of the purchase I was making and clarified any questions I had and I never felt rushed. More

It's been years since I've visited the dealership and my experience yesterday was a reminder as to why. Communication seems to be a skill that is lacking in the service department. My intention was to drop experience yesterday was a reminder as to why. Communication seems to be a skill that is lacking in the service department. My intention was to drop off the car and get a ride home from the shuttle. I also selected this option when I made my appointment. Once I was checked in, my advisor said she would check to see where the shuttle was. 20 minutes later, I haven't seen or heard from her so I asked one of the cashiers. She explained to me the no phone while driving policy and as I went to sit back down, my advisor appeared and told me the same thing. This is something she should've told me from the beginning to level set my expectations or at least not wait 20 minutes before coming back to me. She said she would keep trying to reach them and 10 minutes later, I decided to leave. I believe the van appeared as I was about to drive off but my expectation for the level of service I would continue to receive was already soured and I had no intentions of doing business with Nissan at that point. I don't think keeping me informed in a timely manner is too much to ask but maybe it is. And while I understand the safety concern around not wanting a driver to talk on the phone while driving, returning a call or text once a passenger stop was made seems reasonable. The driver left at 12:55 and returned after 1:30 and based on what I was told, was not reachable that entire time. More
I stopped going to this service location about 2 years ago because I had to wait for almost 3 hours for an oil change (unbelievable!!!). Then recently I received couple emails asked me to com back from t ago because I had to wait for almost 3 hours for an oil change (unbelievable!!!). Then recently I received couple emails asked me to com back from the service team and decided to give them another chance. I was very happy with the service this time, wait time was less than 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and professional, especially my service advisor Mike Bello. He’s excellent!!!! More
