Quick and Courteous Service bay had many cars in it at 10:00 am, but the employees got to me quickly. They were all very friendly and helpful. Great but They have finally fixed the rattling noise that I myself figured out to be coming from the backseat latch. I had brought my car before and they could They have finally fixed the rattling noise that I myself figured out to be coming from the backseat latch. I had brought my car before and they could not figure out where the noise was coming from. In the meantime, I started hearing a new noise that’s why I brought it back. It was the sway bar bushing but it was replaced under warranty. I feel like I bought a lemon. My car has less than 10,000 miles. I am just a little disappointed that they have added 160 miles onto my car. I wonder where they have driven it to add that much mileage? More

Wheel alignment and oil change Buddy Melvin took great care of me, The problem came in when I went to pick up my car. I did not have a sticker showing my next oil change date/mileag Buddy Melvin took great care of me, The problem came in when I went to pick up my car. I did not have a sticker showing my next oil change date/mileage & worst of all I had a dent with a red mark on my passenger side . When I got there to tell them .. the SERVICE MANAGER ( CHRIS SKINNER) claimed he could NOT pull up the pictures because my service provider (buddy Melvin) had left for the day BUT to give him a second and he’d be right back . As he sits as his desk I watch the woman hand him an iPad WITH the pictures of my car that they claimed they couldn’t pull up at the time. Well.... silly me I didn’t think nothing of it . The service manager comes back out & hands me his card and tells me come back in Monday to get it taking care of . I get there Monday morning and he sends buddy out with the iPad with pictures of my car NOW showing a tiny dent looking mark , to blurry/EDITED to even see what he tried to add on to the picture . This man edited the pictures of my car because he did not want to take responsibility for what happen to my car at the shop where he manages the service department! My car is a 2017 with not a scratch or dent on it . I come from Louisiana where everything is around the corner and our cars stay in the same shape they did when you drive it off the lot ! This is my first car bought brand NEW off a lot and I take great care of it .. treat it as if it’s my child and for them to do that was so wrong ! I would NEVER Recommend this place for your cars service. And id never recommend CHRIS SKINNER . He’s a liar and con artist. The good Lord does not sleep and he will get the same in return. More
Friendly Customer Service I had a pleasant experience with the Service department, specifically with Chris V. and Toni. I was happy that they were able to take their time and e I had a pleasant experience with the Service department, specifically with Chris V. and Toni. I was happy that they were able to take their time and explain what needed to be done for my vehicle and then also have a quick turnaround with getting my issues fixed despite their very busy location. My initial experience had its opportunities but they were able to make it more than right. Thank you. More
