Excellent experience with Jose Maldonado. I scheduled to come in with the phone rep and Jose was ready when I got there. He had the car pulled up front and ready to go. He REALLY listened and after hearing it was for my son and newborn grandson, redirected me to a Rogue which would provide room, safety and most of all had the assurance of Nissan Certified used. I love the car for my son’s family. Then I got to Tyrone in finance who was a hoot. We had laughs like old friends and I saw the beautiful pics of his family and knew that he was interested in making sure I got what I needed for my son and added on the necessary coverages to keep to make sure this was a one time purchase that would be carefree for me financially beyond the payment. Very disappointed to have come at Don Davis Nissan Service Department. For an oil change, it took them almost 2 hours.
