From being greeted at the door to driving away in our new 2019 Murano Platinum , we could not have asked for a better experience. Since we were currently driving a , 2010 Murano, we were looking forward to replacing it with another one. Only this time it would come with all the wonderful new safety features. Our sales person, Shaun Broun, took away all the stress we usually feel when buying a new vehicle. Never once did we feel any pressure. He listened to our needs and wants and did an outstanding job to deliver. We got the exact Murano we wanted, at a price we were extremely happy with. Our finance person, Tyrone Robinson, was easy to work with. The cherry on the top for us.....we got zero financing. Couldn't ask for better. Tyrone got us through this process in a timely manner, which was important to us Seniors. Driving home to Frisco in our new, meticulously clean Murano was wonderful. More
