The experience with this dealership started out great. Had a service bulletin that we called in and was told it covered the car. Even set an appointment up for service to be completed. Dropped the car off Sunday evening and thought all was good. Service department called today stating they service bulletin doesn’t cover the car. When asked why, we were told the service rep never received our vin number to run even tho he asked and ran the number to find out if it was covered. Then when asked if we could pick the car up at our earliest convenience, we were told they would leave the keys in the car unlocked since we couldn’t pick up the car before they closed. Through my experience if you want to be lied to and deal with rude service reps then this is the dealership for you. If that’s not what you’re looking for then I would stay far away from this dealership. More
