With gas prices rising, my wife and I though that it may be time to get rid of the 13MPG VUE. We had bought an Elantra from Donovan last summer and 11 days later, it was totaled from behind on I64 in W be time to get rid of the 13MPG VUE. The crew, especially Donovan, was very helpful with having the car towed to Glenn and then giving the insurance company all the information they needed. There were no more red Elantras on the lot and supply was limited across the country at that time. The next one that came in, Donovan made sure he ear-marked it for us. They really worked with us on the vehicle. Last week we decided to get rid of the VUE. Again, they worked with us above and beyond what any other dealership ever has. They delivered the new Sonata to my work and allowed us to sign the paperwork there. Really love the car and really love the dealership. We will be going there when it is time to get a new car. (Hopefully not as soon as with the Elantra) More

My husband and I were looking for a new car for our daughter. The day I called to asked about the Elantra I was transferred to Donavan. He was very excited that we were asking about the Elantra because it had just been named North American Car of the year. This was on a Monday and that evening we went and met him and test drove one. We all really loved the car but my daughter wanted a sky blue metallic. By the next day they had located one and it was there on Wednesday. He and I communicated frequently during the week through phone calls and text messages. He was so helpful and super friendly. We picked up the car on Saturday and it only took a few minutes for that process to take place. We would hightly recommend the car and tell everyone to ask for Donavan. He really went above and beyond to make our expereience very simple. He has since emailed me and reminded us that if we need anything now or have questions about the car to not hesitate contacting him. We have bought many cars and trucks over the years and I would say he has been the best salesman over all. Very informative, friendly and yet we never felt pressured. I am still in awe over the customer service of all the staff. I stopped in with my 2year old grandson to see if I could purchase a car. I was in town visiting from out of state for the weeks-end.
