I took my Hyundai in for service. Casey was outstanding as usual in the service department. I was given a rental, a Buick Rendezvous 2007. My car was not ready by the end of the day on Friday, so I needed as usual in the service department. I was given a rental, a Buick Rendezvous 2007. My car was not ready by the end of the day on Friday, so I needed to keep the rental (Buick) over the weekend. I fell in love with this car. We called Joe Bodkin who we've known for over 20 years. Joe worked out a very good deal for us on a trade - my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe for the 2007 Buick Rendezvous. When we signed papers on Monday, Joe had our new used Buick Rendezvous detailed, oil changed,and ready for my handicapped husband. We will never buy a car through anyone other than Joe. He is honest, fair, and simple, with no pressure to buy. Joe and my husband go back many years, he seems to care about us not only as customers but also friends. He has always taken care of me since my husbands handicap occurred and I will always be forever grateful. We have big mouths and make sure we tell our friends and acquaintances to see Joe whenever we are asked where to go look for a car. Thank you Joe, I hope these comments make their way back to you. Excellent experience. Great group to work with. We came in with our youngest so turning 16. They did not have a truck that he wanted but very quickly Joe was able to find exactly what he wanted. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but I was treated with respect and when I ultimately decided not to purchase one of Glenn's vehicles I was not met with hostility like a couple of the oth was treated with respect and when I ultimately decided not to purchase one of Glenn's vehicles I was not met with hostility like a couple of the other dealerships that I visited along the way. I have to say that I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership if I had not decided on a new Jeep. They sell a Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hyundai, Infiniti, and of course Buicks. But any way I have to give this dealership a good grade due to the professionalism and courtesy in which they conduct business. Of course once agin let me reiterate that this is soley my experience while others may have had a horrible experience I did not. More
