The car they had online was not at the dealership, so I was told the car would be there tomorrow, they were having an issue with the transporter. After about 4 or 5 days of being told the car would be here tomorrow, then I went to it will be here in two hours after 3 days of that the car finally arrived. Keep in mind i had given my down-payment so that the car would be held for me so no other buyers could start the process of buying the vehicle. I put down $1000.00 I was told I would be approved for the vehicle with $1,000.00 down. My credit had been ran and I was approved. I was then told the car needed to be repaired so I would have to wait a day or two for the part to be delivered. When the part was delivered and put on the car I was ready to take ownership of the vehicle. Keep in mind i live in Wichita, I had drove to this dealership about 9 or 10 times from Wichita to Agusta. The day I go to take delivery of the vehicle I was told I would have to put $3,000.00 more down, so $4,000.00 total. So I went from being approved with $1,000.00 down to now $4,000.00. Didn't try to work with me AT ALL!!! So I go to super car guys in Wichita and was just going to buy a car from them. While dealing with the salesman at super car guys I told him about the issues I just went through at Don Hattan ford. He spoke with his manager, and they went and bought the car from Don Hattan cash and sold me the car with no money down. THE EXACT SAME CAR. So somehow they were able to get me financing with ZERO DOWN !!! All in all the place is racist as xxxx. I have been black 46 years and have biracial children. I don't just throw the race card out lightly, but its clear as day here. If you are a person of color DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. More
Bought a truck on 9/19. A few days later the truck started making a thud noise when going over bumps or dips in the road. A few days after that, the check engine light came on with "fuel sensor failure" notice on the dashboard. The next eight days were spent trying to get someone to call me back about the issue. On Oct. 4th, someone finally reached out. Took the truck in on Oct. 6th. The diagnosis was front differential, CV axles, fuel gage, and fuel pump. Don Hattan had my truck for 8 days and I got it back, it is still not fixed properly. It took me three more days to get someone to call me back for a resolution. This in addition to several misrepresentations during the buying and financing process. I've asked that the loan be rescinded due to the gross misrepresentations during the buying process and for selling a vehicle with major mechanical issues. They've decided that keeping the loan in tact is more important than doing what's morally sound and satifying the customer. I'll be going at this from a different angle going forward. Buyer beware! More

Don Hattan went back on their deal after paperwork was signed and insurance was changed over. I knew what I wanted from the get go and made the sale easy… 2025 F-150 XLT. For starters, their “$1,000 trade signed and insurance was changed over. I knew what I wanted from the get go and made the sale easy… 2025 F-150 XLT. For starters, their “$1,000 trade assist” was bogus. They told me if I used that on my trade in, it would bump my new truck price up by $1,000. Or I could use that trade assist on the new truck side but it would bump my trade in price down by $1,000. Secondly… On the 2nd day of ownership I get a phone call from the salesman asking for a picture of my vin… I send it and quickly received a call back stating they sold me the wrong truck and that I need to get this cleared up at the dealership (30-45 min away). I let them know when I’ll be there and I still had to wait for over an hour. They finally tell me to park my truck beside a truck I technically purchased that’s outside and to compare the trucks because I can drive away in the other one. They said there aren’t very many differences in the truck. I discover it was downgraded by several features such as sliding rear window, blue cruise, office package, Birds Eye view cameras, keyless entry, and several other neat features. Then the finance manager finally meets with me after 1.5 hours at the dealership and tells me that for me to keep the truck that I test drove, negotiated on, and shook hands on, Changed insurance over to, and drove 250 miles in, I would need to pay several thousand dollars more. At the end of the day, I got my 2022 Chevy Silverado LTZ and I WILL NOT be going to ford dealerships again. I’m always treated fairly and have purchased several new trucks from GM dealerships and I almost made the switch but after dealing with these yayhoos, I’ll stick to what has treated me right. Don Hattan is terrible!!! More
I have used Don Hattan for service for some time now and this was poor customer service from the members that answered the phone.
