Went for service of my Outlander. Oil change and tire rotation with 20 point check and a complimentary wash. They took around 3 hours for that with no wash and no 20 point check. Service advisor informed they niether check any fluids nor top up, they dont wash the car but just sprinkle water. These are the exact words from the advisor. I told him then why do you write those services in bill when it is not done, he replied unfortunately they need to update the system to remove all those. I felt, if this was the case what is the difference between a local mechanic changing the oil and company doing it. I am getting suspicious that whether they did the actual service or just bluffing. They don't give any proofs for the service done. We will have to blindly believe them.i am not satisfied and will never go to their service center. I prefer jiffy lube or firestone or find local mechanic in person. More
