Brought my truck in for some warranty service for some super frustrating rattling noises it has been making. The service staff were respectful and listened to what I had to say. They completed the oil change and tire rotation I asked for on short notice. I appreciated these things. But in the end I got the usual treatment. They sat with my truck for over two weeks, doing absolutely nothing with it. Dealers should not be allowed to schedule vehicles for service appointments until the tech is actually available to work on the vehicle. Furthermore, I got the colloquial final conclusion from them as well. “Couldn’t replicate the issue. Couldn’t find anything wrong. It’s your fault.” Great. I willingly bent my way of living for 2 weeks just to be told there’s no problem. And now, magically, after picking my truck back up - the rattling sound is louder than ever. When I dropped my truck off, they wanted me to go for a test drive with the technician. I agreed to take the time to do this. Instead, the tech went for a test drive on his own and they did not tell me. I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes until I went back into the shop and asked what was happening. On top of that, I had to wait another 30 minutes for a shuttle driver. They kept me waiting 70 minutes when I could have called my own uber and been on my way after 5 minutes. Complete waste of my time. Also, it has been weeks since I picked my truck up and I still have yet to receive a copy of the work order. I should not have to go out of my way to request this after the fact. Conclusion after visiting every Ford dealership in the Indianapolis area for service is that they are all equally dog. I’ll be doing all my own service from this point onward. More
My wife and I highly recommend Scott Burton at Don Hinds Ford in Fishers, IN. We had been considering a new car for some time but hadn't really seen anything we liked. One day we spotted a Ford Bronco Sport Ford in Fishers, IN. We had been considering a new car for some time but hadn't really seen anything we liked. One day we spotted a Ford Bronco Sport Heritage as we were driving and we became very interested in one. We decided to drive through Don Hinds to see what they had on the lot. While we did not find any Heritage models, there were several Bronco Sports. We were fortunate to meet Scott Burton when looking for someone to ask questions of. He was very helpful, answered all our questions, and let us test drive one. What really surprised us was Scott did not pressure us at all, just simply very informative and helpful. Scott's approach was so comfortable for us. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, which they did not have in stock, he and others at Don Hinds went out of there way to find exactly what we were looking for and bring it to their dealership within a week. We were very pleased and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More

But it wasn't just Ralph - Judy at the reception desk was a delight (and my son loved her), Kyle was awesome - and makes great popcorn, and Owen was helpful and informative. Scott worked with us in finding the right vehicle without any high pressure selling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we are very happy with the vehicle that we purchased.
