Purchased a truck from Kyle at Don Hind Ford online (Ebay), was to pick the truck up on Saturday. Then I was told truck was no longer available. I wasted hours of my time. And I believe they found so (Ebay), was to pick the truck up on Saturday. Then I was told truck was no longer available. I wasted hours of my time. And I believe they found someone else to pay them more money. I sent emails to both the Owners of the dealership asking for help on this issue, got absolutely NO response from either of the Owners. I wouldnt trust this dealer. Also the fact that I got no response for the Owners is really disturbing. More

You dropped the ball this time. Instead of bringing my truck around after it was finished I was told by the cashier to walk out to row 2 and my truck would be there which it wasn’t. I had to walk all the way back and have someone find my truck. I talked to your service manager about this and he agreed it was poor customer service but he didn’t indicate anything would be done about it. He basically said “well that’s just the way it is these days”. In other words another excuse for your third rate service. More
