Don Jacobs and staff at BMW service, especially Dan Trisko, was very professional and acknowledgable about my needs to repair my car. The parts and labor are not cheap by no means but hey, its a BMW so that was kind of expected but just hope that these kind of pricey parts have longevity, which im sure they do....A+++ all around and i am a satified customer. We have been very pleased with the service department at Don Jacobs. Maintenance problems are explained and prioritized to aid us in making decisions. Don Jacobs is a great experience from the time you buy a car to the scheduled and sometimes not scheduled appointments. The service department is second to none. They are always committed to help you in eve car to the scheduled and sometimes not scheduled appointments. The service department is second to none. They are always committed to help you in every way possible. They make you feel like a special costumer who they have known forever. They explain everything about the service you are there for and if anything comes up they always inform you of what is going on and what you can expect. In some instances I have showed up with a problem and they always take care of me even when I do not have an appointment. The service and work on my car is top of the line. That is why I have been a client of Don Jacobs for the last ten years and have bought 3 cars from them during that period of time. I will not buy a BMW anywhere else and definitely not take my care for service anywhere else. More
Everytime I go to Don Jacobs Lance always goes out of his way to help me get in and out as quick as possible. He also explains all services to be done on my BMW. Because of his sevice I have bought a new B way to help me get in and out as quick as possible. He also explains all services to be done on my BMW. I've worked with all 3 advisors (Dan, Lance and Jeff) and they're all very knowledgeable and friendly. Don Jacobs is not the cheapest, but I do get the car serviced properly without any issues afterword. The Don Jacobs web site usually has a coupon for discounts, so that helps with the pricing. More
Dan has given me first class service for my First Class BMW. I have gone in twice and got quick accurate service. I am happy with don Jacobs other than the cost to work on BMWs in general. they are always freindly and courteous. They have nice, clean facilities. the work that I have had done there so far has been of BMWs in general. they are always freindly and courteous. I purchased a BMW because I wanted a reliable car that fit my driiving needs. The extended service warranty was a plus, as was the availability of a loaner car when repairs/service was needed. The purchase was relatively painless (though the offer for my Passat trade-in was ridiculously low). To this point I have not been disappointed with the car or the service. They get me in when it is convenient and I am back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. This was the third vehicle that I have purchased from Don Jacobs and I would not hesitate to start there for my next purchase. More
I've been an Old Don Customer for almost two decades. Dan, Lance and Joey in the BMW service department, take such good care of me that I can't imagine going to any other dealership. The customer service there is always professional, courteous, timely and dependable. And I also trust that they are fair and honest, which is a concern for female customers in particular, and in this case one who doesn't know an air filter from a sparkplug. More
