My wife and I just purchased our first new car ever at age 49/50. Process was made smooth and easy by Sam and Conner. They informed us all through the paperwork process. Stay far far away from this dealership. The owner and the managers are SO greedy and only care about the money and it is very apparent. Horrible communication and poor service jobs. I will no longer be giving my business to Don Jacobs Honda. I was a loyal customer for 4 years, until one service I had done caused issues under the fault of their mechanics and Don Jacobs has refused t Honda. I was a loyal customer for 4 years, until one service I had done caused issues under the fault of their mechanics and Don Jacobs has refused to take accountability and fix it. Instead, they want me to pay $540 for labor to repair a mistake that they made. They also informed me of this via text and email, rather than calling me on the phone and speaking to me personally. Very disappointing and very cowardly. John Isele, I hope you see this and remember that your lack of accountability has lost you a customer forever. And I will continue to let others know how dirty you all treat your long-standing customers. I will not be giving Don Jacobs a penny of my business anymore. My advice is not to trust these dealerships with ANY of your maintenance services. You are better off finding a small personally owned business, because these large corporations seem to think that they never do any wrong and put all of the cost on the consumer. I also want to add, I had a family member work for Don Jacobs as a salesman for years and quit after DJ decided to stop paying commission for selling cars. It doesn't take much to see that DJ is all about gaining profit, no matter how badly they screw over their customers and employees! More
