My daughter purchased a vehicle from this dealership on July 5th. As of today (October 6th) she still has not received her license plates from the DMV. The dealer insisted on transacting this process the July 5th. As of today (October 6th) she still has not received her license plates from the DMV. The dealer insisted on transacting this process themselves (collecting the sales tax in the process) and has totally botched that process for months. A rejected submission resulted, my daughter was never informed of that error, and she only found out because she called (for at least the fourth time) and extracted the information from the lackey who ansered the phone. Customer service has been terrible, the lack of proactive follow-up has been inexcusable, and we won't be doing business with this dealership ever again. If she had been allowed to do the vehicle registration herself, this would have been completed the day after the purchase. Instead, it has taken 93 days, STILL with no resolution. We are now considering engaging an attorney to get this resolved. More
