Excellent Service Department Traveling late in the evening through KY recently we had an issue with a new (used) Honda HR-V. The lower engine cover was coming loose and making a l Traveling late in the evening through KY recently we had an issue with a new (used) Honda HR-V. The lower engine cover was coming loose and making a lot of noise. After duct-taping it at a gas station we completed the drive to our hotel. Jacobs Honda was the closest dealer to the hotel so I showed up the next morning 10 minutes before the service dept opened. They took the car in and replaced all of the fasteners on the cover, not just those that fell out, did it in under an hour and at an exceptional price. Frank Kaczmarek treated us very professionally. We were all relieved and felt fortunate our hotel happened to be near Jacobs Honda. We were back on the road continuing our trip without much delay. More
