As my girlfriend walked around Mr. Monk was very honest about and forthcoming about the cars on the lot and purchasing options available. When my girlfriend had made her decisions we informed Mr. Monk we would have to return at a later date, he was very understanding and did not push her to make a rush decision. On the day she bought the car he was very helpful in getting all of the paperwork together and filled out. While my girlfriend was with the business manager wrapping things up Mr. Monk took the time to sit and talk things over with me. He found the important documents related to her new car and walked me through how to setup the bluetooth for my girlfriends hands free setup.
