We were led to believe by the salesman that we would have remote start always, and that wasn’t true. Our 2018 1500 Ram was towed to the Dodge dealer in Hayward 12/10/23. The first of the year our truck was taken to Don Johnson's in Cumberland as the Hayward dealership had been purchased by Johnson. From that time until early March we were told countless tales or ignored by Kyle and Cortland (both worked at Don Johnson in Cumberland). In early March management got involved and March 20 our truck was returned. They tried to charge us $500 on a $0 deductible insurance policy. It has to have been the worst experience we've ever had with any car dealership. More
