I took my Suburban in for an oil change, had my own oil and oil filter because they didn’t have the oil I use, which was no problem, but somewhere along the way, they rotated my tires with out asking me, I didn’t know what they had done, until I got home and saw the charge for tire rotation on my bill. I went back the next day and told them I didn’t want my tires Rotated because I have a free balance and rotation for the life of my tires. They cheerfully refunded my money ! End of story.... More

Brent was patient and did his best to accommodate our needs on our new purchase. Will see how our first servicing goes on price and service. needs on our new purchase. Will see how our first servicing goes on price and service. More
I took my 2012 traverse in due to a coolant leak and it needed a new radiator. The service team was very helpful in offering more than one solution and we're very good about contacting me with updates. I needed a new radiator. If you need to get service done here, ask for Ali Utgaard. If you work with any other service manager, you will be disappointed (unless you appreciate "you're good to go" as a replacement for qualit Utgaard. If you work with any other service manager, you will be disappointed (unless you appreciate "you're good to go" as a replacement for quality service). I have worked with everyone in the service department and Ali is the only person who demonstrates professionalism, consideration, preparation, and follow-through. The others are unresponsive, unprepared, unknowledgeable, and indifferent. If it were not for Ali's excellent work to help deal with my latest (of many) issues with my vehicle and Cumberland Motors' Service Dept, I would have given one star. If my review were only based on Ali's work, I would give four to five stars. The only other excellent service manager was let go a year ago; a loss for customers and Cumberland Motors. More
Updated Review: I have dealt with 2 service managers, as well as their boss, since the excellent service manager (see below) left. The most productive and supportive communication I have received (as I bro well as their boss, since the excellent service manager (see below) left. The most productive and supportive communication I have received (as I brought my low mileage truck in 3 more times in the last year) has been a shrug. I have now brought my truck in for engine lights over two dozen times. I have left my vehicle for repairs a dozen times. 5 throttle control failures, 4 clogged particulate filters, 3 EGR coolers, 1 Charge Air Cooler, failed air suspension, complete replacement of DEF system, half a dozen recalls, fuel injectors, a drop in MPG of 25% for over 18 months, and a handful of other issues. 10 % of my miles were put on just taking my vehicle in for service. With another engine light, I took my truck in to find out what is wrong. I expected it would be related to the latest recall which indicates my truck may start on fire. The service manager and his mechanic spent the day figuring out 2 fuel injectors are shot - in fewer than 30k miles. There was no explanation for this unexpected failure. As for the recall, I was informed that no solution is available. When I asked if I should bring my truck in after it blows up, I received another shrug. Previous Review 5 Stars: I went there a couple years ago and wasn't pleased. However, under new management, service is excellent. They fixed a problem with my truck that three other dealers couldn't. Service Manager Jason Richter is outstanding. He communicated well face-to-face, followed up, kept me informed, handled all warranty paperwork, arranged for a rental, and expedited the work. I will go back if I have any future needs. More
Prompt attention, timely/clear communication, quick/convenient turn around, an excellent experience... made me feel like my vehicle was the only vehicle in their repair center. quick/convenient turn around, an excellent experience... made me feel like my vehicle was the only vehicle in their repair center. Jeff and Paul were very friendly and helpful to my wife and me in our search for a used Chevy Equinox in good condition and at a fair price. We really like our Equinox and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Je and me in our search for a used Chevy Equinox in good condition and at a fair price. Great service guy Mitchell, but they didn't solve GPS problem. They said call the dealer I purchased the Jeep at. So still not fixed, they said it's a Garmin product. Not happy problem. I'm still in disbelief. I called 3 places to see if I could get my car in for an alignment. The first 2 places said they couldn't align a Audi. Don Johnson was a little more expensive but told me they co could get my car in for an alignment. The first 2 places said they couldn't align a Audi. Don Johnson was a little more expensive but told me they could align it so I brought the car in to have it aligned. They didn't have the proper equipment to do an alignment (adjust the camber) on a Audi, so they called me and told me they were going to charge me $20 for TRYING to align my car and I should take it to a Audi dealer. The manager and general manager got in on the discussion and refused dismiss the petty $20 charge! In addition, the manager told me it was my daughter's fault they couldn't fix it because she hit a curb!! I wasted a full afternoon to get my vehicle fixed. Had they told me they were sorry they couldn't fix it and asked me to come get my car, without any charges, I would have been frustrated but would have left without a complaint and they'd still have my, my family and friend's patronage. This is 100% about principle, and terrible customer service. More
