I took my Suburban in for an oil change, had my own oil and oil filter because they didn’t have the oil I use, Very nice staff and great facilities. I took my Suburban in for an oil change, had my own oil and oil filter because they didn’t have the oil I use, which was no problem, but somewhere along the way, they rotated my tires with out asking me, I didn’t know what they had done, until I got home and saw the charge for tire rotation on my bill. I went back the next day and told them I didn’t want my tires Rotated because I have a free balance and rotation for the life of my tires. They cheerfully refunded my money ! End of story.... More
