Service reps are very helpful. They explain what needs to be done, and always check with me for approval before proceeding with work on my vehicles. On occasion when a problem has not been corrected, the to be done, and always check with me for approval before proceeding with work on my vehicles. On occasion when a problem has not been corrected, they have promptly addressed the issue, with no further charge to me. At no time have they recommended repairs that were not necessary. I will continue using them for service on my vehicles. More

Our car buying experience was pleasant and painless, unlike most other experiences in our past. Mac was extremely accommodating to me, especially since i have difficulty walking long distances. My service experience with Don Ledford was excellent. My wife has a 2008 Acadia that we purchased from Don Ledford new. She has taken it there for service since she bought it and has told me how great the wife has a 2008 Acadia that we purchased from Don Ledford new. She has taken it there for service since she bought it and has told me how great the service department has been to work with. I just bought a 65 Shelby Cobra and it had a defective brake master cylinder. She suggested that I take it to Ledford's because they advertise working on all types and makes of vechiles. I took it to Ledford's and they found I needed to have the master cylinder replaced. The company I bought it from warrenties the parts. Ledfords service (Jeff) called the company himself and had them ship the parts to Ledfords direct. Jeff and Justin in service kept me informed on the receipt of the parts and how the repair was going and when I could expect to get the car back. The mechanic that worked on the car (Ed Lowe) talked to me about the repair and gave me valuable information on the car. He did a great job that I am very satisfied with. I will definitely use Don Ledford again when I need repairs on any vechile and will refer anyone else to them for automotive service. More
What a great experience... I bought an auto online... it was just like they said it was... I drove about 100 miles to pick it up... and the people there were very nice!!! Charles Bolen was a great salesman Not pushy like some i have encountered. He was willing to go the extra mile and was patient while i and my wife drove several of the vehicles on the lot before making a d have encountered. Over all the people that we came in contact with were great and they stayed after hours to assist us. Mr Bolen even took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle that we had just bought so that i would have some knowledge of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and especially the salesman, Charles Bolen. More
