Brought in my 2006 4Runner to be serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted and checked in by Assistant Service Manager Michael Butterworth. Mr. Butterworth set up the service promptly change and tire rotation. I was greeted and checked in by Assistant Service Manager Michael Butterworth. Mr. Butterworth set up the service promptly and also asked his service team to conduct a through evaluation on my vehicle.His team sent me a video of the results and offered recommendations for maintenance. When it was time for me check out, I realized I forgot to ask for a Veteran discount. The cashier informed me that the sales manager would have to add in the discount. Fortunately, I was able to catch Michael before he took his lunch break. I appreciate him going back to his computer and including the discount. More
