The incompetency in the finance/closing department is laughable. The amount of times I’ve been called after my vehicle was delivered and deal was done, is insane. The biggest one being that a whole contract was not signed! They delivered me the vehicle and didn’t even check if all the paperwork was done! They almost gave me a free vehicle but as an honest person, I signed the paper and got the loans dispersed for them. But for their employees to not double check that and a few other things is nuts. I got 3 other call backs for something they forgot and this is all after the purchase was done. Someone please get them some proper training! More

Very disappointing experience. I spent a huge amount of time at Toyota of Katy over the past two days, only to have the deal fall apart and leave me with additional DMV/registratio I spent a huge amount of time at Toyota of Katy over the past two days, only to have the deal fall apart and leave me with additional DMV/registration issues. Yesterday, I arrived around 6:20 PM and stayed until approximately 11:00 PM trying to work out a deal. I was originally working with a salesperson on a 2026 Toyota Camry SE with just over 7,000 miles, and I was told the price would be $30,768 OTD. Before coming to the dealership, I specifically texted to ask whether the vehicle was still available. I was told to come in, so I made the trip. However, after I arrived, I was told that someone else had already committed to the vehicle and that it had been sold. I had even shown the text messages to the manager. That was extremely frustrating because I had made the drive based on the understanding that the vehicle was available. I then looked at a 2025 Toyota Camry SE with over 20,000 miles. The OTD price was $30,300, which I felt was too high considering the mileage and condition of the vehicle. The car had multiple visible scratches/scuffs and was not properly cleaned. I was told they would try to address the scratches, but there was no guarantee. There was also a major issue with communication. A Vietnamese manager was very friendly and helpful, and I genuinely appreciate his effort. However, some of the things that were communicated to me changed later, particularly regarding when the vehicle would be completed and when I was expected to pay/sign. That made the process very frustrating. Ultimately, I decided not to take the Camry and received my $15,000 refund. Unfortunately, the situation also created another problem for me. My 2017 Infiniti QX50 trade-in was never actually delivered to the dealership, and I still have the vehicle and original title, but the dealership had already processed the trade-in/plate process. My license plate was removed/canceled, and I now have to deal with TxDMV to correct the situation. This has created additional time and inconvenience for me after already spending many hours at the dealership. I understand that deals can fall through and inventory can sell quickly. My biggest issue is the amount of time wasted, inconsistent communication, and the additional DMV/registration problem that resulted from the attempted trade-in. I hope management will review what happened and help make this right, especially with the DMV/plate issue. I have already spent well over 8 hours at the dealership across two days trying to complete a purchase. I came ready to buy. I simply wanted a fair deal, accurate information, and the vehicle to be delivered in the condition represented. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. More

His personality brightened our day. He covered what we needed, wanted, kept me in budget, and covered all the details. After choosing the vehicle Celesté had the paperwork all ready and laid out. The contract was precise, and they included everything from the beginning so options didn’t become add on to my budgeted quote. Which I greatly appreciate! This was our first time being to this lot, we actually drove a ways to get there.
