I was very pleased with my recent visit to Toyota of Katy. My Service Manager, Don Pollard, explained every detail of my vehicle's maintenance and went above and beyond by providing useful tips, such as Katy. My Service Manager, Don Pollard, explained every detail of my vehicle's maintenance and went above and beyond by providing useful tips, such as recommending more frequent oil changes. He also informed me about a series of live videos that would explain the details of each system and how the mechanic evaluates them. Don kept me updated on the maintenance timeframe and let me know when my car evaluation was nearing completion. While I have had positive experiences at Toyota of Katy in the past, this last visit truly solidified my trust and confidence, thanks to Mr. Don Pollard! More

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and Carter took great care of me. He was fast with my check in and ordered me a shuttle service back to work.
