Lost of Trust i haven't had time to write a review for a dealer, name brand that i always trusted. Well i purchased from a Don McGill toyota dealer, which i normal i haven't had time to write a review for a dealer, name brand that i always trusted. Well i purchased from a Don McGill toyota dealer, which i normally purchase my cars from a different Toyota dealer. But this particular one had the vehicle i wanted- a Dodge Ram Hemi. From a dream car it became a nightmare. i know that when purchasing a used car it has some chances of not being perfect but i trust the mechanics specially from a dealership like Toyota on inspecting the cars and a having that seal of inspection. So problems started; every dealer has a special place where they take their car for inspection before it gets sold. mechanic at the shop felt disappointed because the car was at their shop several times. where the salesman or the person who is in charge at the used car dealer told the mechanic to try to hide a noise which all Hemi's have with their engines that sounds like a diesel car. so the car can be sold. the repair did fix the noise temporary but didn't last that long where later it was noticeable. Mechanic game me a verbal report saying that they knew that the engine was not in a good condition and he told the dealership to try to put it in auction. NOT FOR SALE but instead it was put on the lot for sale. the disappointment is if they knew that the car was in not in a BAD condition why put it on their sales list. and also they increased the price from its original pricing, saying that they took it to get repaired. so car value went up.(hiding a noise repair) at the end i end up using my warranty and purchase a used engine that extra money came from my pocket from a car that was always at the mechanic shop for many days. So for now this dealership name brand has lost my trust and just recently had my son purchase a car from a different dealer brand. hope this helps anyone. More

Shopping for a vehicle is tedious - I don't like it at all; but Jacob made the entire process enjoyable. Jacob did not pressure me but offered very knowledgeable advise and discussion. He won my trust and confidence and I very much appreciate it. Jacob put together a very fair deal I was comfortable with. The finance manager, Don Pollard, was equally pleasant, competent, and easy to work with. He explained all the documentation, was well organized, and made the financing process very easy. Overall I had a great experience at Don McGill Toyota and would buy from them again. More

Outstanding support to find a customized solution for you I ended up with two 48 month term leases and trying to find the best solution for the issue. I got a call from Allison Stephens asking about my plans I ended up with two 48 month term leases and trying to find the best solution for the issue. I got a call from Allison Stephens asking about my plans for the 2016 Tacoma that still had 9 months to the end of the lease. I thought it was one more of those calls, but called back anyways, told her the whole history about the two leases, including the 2018 Highlander that had 29 months to the end of the lease. We set an appointment for next morning and in the meantime, she was able to develop a deal for Don McGill to buy both cars, payoff my two leases with USBank and I left with a 36 month term lease for a 2019 RAV4, Isn't it outstanding? That's why I rated her support a 10 and Don McGill of Katy a 5 stars review. More

As all you know there are so many signatures to be filled in any contract and he just said sign here, sign here, sign here... also he had to give me the contract documents the same day of the close but he didn’t (he just gave me the documents the day when I went to claim) cause he knew that after ten days of the close I can’t cancel it. I also remember that he avoid my question when I asked him what will my total financed amount What a bad and frustrating experience. Be careful guys, many people just send your payment and don’t knows what they are paying for. More

I Would DEFINITELY buy from here again. My wife and I only had the objective of comparing a pre-owned 4Runner we'd just test driven to one on which was Certified Pre-Owned. Don McGill was o My wife and I only had the objective of comparing a pre-owned 4Runner we'd just test driven to one on which was Certified Pre-Owned. Don McGill was only two blocks away. We entered the lot only 45 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time, on a Friday night. We checked out several 4Runners before walking to the showroom. Initially, it appeared as if no one wanted to help us. We weren't sure if it was because of the time, or because we were "ONLY" looking at pre-owned. One of the sales managers approached and asked if anyone was assisting us. After we answered, he asked 2 or 3 of the salesmen in the showroom if they were busy (which they didn't appear to be). No one stepped up. He walked away, and returned with someone from another area named Belal Awad. All I can say is I'm so glad none of the others wanted to help. Belal was the nicest and least pushiest car salesman I've EVER encountered. He walked outside with us, answering every question about each vehicle we pointed out. He offered a test drive without us requesting one. At the end of the evening, when it was apparent we were NOT purchasing that night, Belal gave his card and said to come in whenever we'd like. We were there the next day, looking for him. There's a lot more I could say. But this review is already pretty lengthy as it is. Bottom line: Do your best to hook up with Belal Awad. He'll provide the same great service, whether you're purchasing new or pre-owned. AND.......he will follow-up and follow thru with his promises, days after the purchase. More
