Purchasing New Car Experience Good dealership but I feel like my business was not appreciated because I really never received a thank you for purchasing a vehicle from Don McGill T Good dealership but I feel like my business was not appreciated because I really never received a thank you for purchasing a vehicle from Don McGill Toyota. I did a cash transaction for the vehicle I purchased and not even a thank you. I walk into Walmart and buy a $10 item and usually get a thank you from the cashier. My last Toyota that I purchased was from Joe Myers Toyota and I was thanked for doing business with them. Probably should of gone back to them for my purchase. More

Fantastic I went in for service on my 2015 Hylander and ended up with new Rav4. Sales person, Tim Fogerty asked if he could assist as I killed time looking at I went in for service on my 2015 Hylander and ended up with new Rav4. Sales person, Tim Fogerty asked if he could assist as I killed time looking at new cars. We started talking about the new maintenance program and one thing led t another and a new Rav4. Tim was just great, no pressure at all and asked what I liked about my Hylander and what features. We looker several vehicles while mine was appraised and settled on a Rav4. Rich Gregory, his manager assured with locating just what I asked for and Tim brought it up to the front. I got a great deal with no back and forth haggling and was in Finance in a very short time. Tim and Rich have followed up and answered a few questions I had assuring me they were both available to assist further at any time. Thanks Tim, really great to close the deal with minimal time and no back and forth haggling, just what I told him I wanted to avoid. Tim even took me to meet the service manager to answer wuestions and give me some direction on service. Great expierance, thanks to Tim Fogerty. More

I have never enjoyed visiting a dealership but my experience at Don McGill changed that. Abbas was very knowledgeable about the different models and reccomended ones that suited our lifestyle. He did not pressure us to choose a vehicle but instead presented us with the options and guided us along the way. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Were were in and out with a brand new car in less than 2.5 hours. Signing documents and customizing our finance package was a breeze. Truly a wonderful experience. More
