First time car buyer’s bad experience Overall I spent almost 10+ hours at this location (which is insanely absurd)across 3 different visits. At first I was sold a car in very bad shape an Overall I spent almost 10+ hours at this location (which is insanely absurd)across 3 different visits. At first I was sold a car in very bad shape and at to return it the same day I picked it up. After being stranded in Krogers parking lot for almost 5 hours, a tow truck sent by the company picked it up. (This was from about 7-12am) I was able to get a different car but it was higher than my initial budget, and it still took the dealership along time to get the car to me. Only people that provided beyond exceptional service was my sales guy Ralph and the receptionist. Ralph worked extra to make sure we were taken care off and fixed the problem the best way he could. Me or my family will not ever return to this location as this was a horrible experience as a first time car buyer, except to pick up my license plates. I may not even use Toyota overall in the future. More

I sailed through the finance department with no extra strings to my final price. Sales guy was a newbie but couldn't tell as he was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to be in the business for years. Learned he was new when he handed me the keys to my new truck. Definitely will come back for a second purchase. More
Good experience buying a new vehicle Overall we had a pretty good experience buying a new vehicle at Don McGill Toyota Katy. Our salesman, Jose Pena, was very knowledgeable about the vehi Overall we had a pretty good experience buying a new vehicle at Don McGill Toyota Katy. Our salesman, Jose Pena, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we test drove and ultimately purchased. The negotiations went smoothly and we felt like we got a fair price. However, once we were turned over to the "finance" department things did not go as well. We were planning to pay cash so there was no actual financing involved, just the paperwork to fill out for the title application, etc. After about an hour and a half of waiting to be called back to sign the paperwork I finally went up to the desk and asked what was taking so long. We were escorted back to the "finance" person almost immediately. I think they just forgot about us. Anyway, everything is signed using some new technology where you sign electronically and there areno actual paper documents. At the end they give you a memory stick with all the documents on it. The problem was that the finance guy was new to this job and didn't really know how to do it very well so it took several tries, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had not already been waiting so long. In addition, our salesman had asked us who was to be named as the owner on the title and we asked that both my husband and I be on it, but when we got back to the finance office just my name was on the title application. When we pointed that out to the finance guy he said he would have to start all over and we told him to just leave it because we didn't want another long delay. Anyway, we finally went home with our new car, which they had ready and waiting for us, and are very happy with it so far! More
