Bad Experience For me it was a very bad experience, the negotiation time was more than 7 hours, I understand that sales strategies are used, but I will never underst For me it was a very bad experience, the negotiation time was more than 7 hours, I understand that sales strategies are used, but I will never understand why to lie to a client. The seller told me that they did not have the vehicle in the color that I wanted, but I found the car in the color that I wanted when I was walking around the dealer parking. I asked for a Spanish speaking salesman who gave me a price after studying my credit, when I was with the financier (who did not speak Spanish) the interest rate went up. I felt deceived, lack sincerity and respect for the client, money is a resource that we all want to earn and care for, but lying and abuse are not the way. Finally, I bought the vehicle because I did not give up the hours invested and because it is a necessity for my family, but the experience was very bad. More
