Truck was purchased in July and as of today, not one single call to ask how is the vehicle doing or how we enjoying it so far. We have however received quite a number of email request to rate the dealer. Well, here it is. Our other gripe is the dealer agreed to installed an $800 remote starter as part of the signing deal. It took them over three weeks to get us on the schedule for installation. The remote starter, however, turned out to be a cheap aftermarket product that has no use. We have asked for a refund and removal of the part but so far the dealer has refused. We are unhappy customers. More

Greed I don't know if I would recommend this dealership or not. I lean more toward "No". I certainly would not recommend the salesman. I needed to not feel overwhelmingly pressured but was infact pressured. I felt caught in the clutches of a hawk. When test driving, I got this "I would like to hold your hand." This had to do with my dad & caring for him. I needed to go home and consider what I was doing because I was distraught about buying such an expensive car which was severely over priced. I did not know how over priced it was until 6-7 months later. No. My experience I do tell to others. More
