Toyota of Katy-best of the best When we left the house to get idea what we wanted to replace our Cadillac SRX with, we started with Subaru with very little success-very uncomfortable When we left the house to get idea what we wanted to replace our Cadillac SRX with, we started with Subaru with very little success-very uncomfortable vehicle and lack of customer service. We headed to Toyota of Katy and was going to go to Sewell Cadillac afterwards. When we arrived at Toyota of Katy, Mr Rubel Chowbury introduced himself before we got into the showroom. We had in mind what we wanted and our total monthly payment cap. Mr Chowbury worked so hard to meet our needs even though we challenged him with all sort of questions. He worked with us and kept asking us what he could do to meet our needs. His persistence and caring our us resulted in us buying the vehicle I really wanted. After we made our decision to purchase the vehicle, the finance department was quick and very informative. Thank you, Mr Chowbury, fir making this customer very happy on the choice I made. More

Easiest Car Purchase I have ever had! We thought we were going buy a Ford, but because we were trading in a Toyota and had used Don McGill for service for the past 7 years, we would see wh We thought we were going buy a Ford, but because we were trading in a Toyota and had used Don McGill for service for the past 7 years, we would see what the trade in value would be there. Our salesman, Javier Flores, welcomed us to compare the Edge to the Rav 4. After driving both the Ford Edge and the Toyota, we favored the Rav 4. Javier patiently, but with no pressure, accompanied us in driving 3 vehicles, presented all package options, and then negotiated a deal that we could afford. His supervisor, Alex, did an excellent job of offering several options that allowed us to make a confident decision, and therefore an immediate purchase. Both Javier and Alex were pivotal in our decision making process. Both were personable, knowledgeable, and determined to keep a longtime Toyota customer. This made me feel like a valued customer, whose product loyalty was being rewarded. This was a great feeling! More
