Dishonest and lazy staff I said I had a 6k budget for cash purchase. Found one at 4678. They jacked the price up so that it was 6k even. Smh and wow. Really. I told them to change it back to the price in the add. They did. Paid cash. Your lazy finance guy kept making unnecessary comments about cash being annoying. He have my son directions and asked him to go get change. No respect, my son paid for the car. I reminded him we saved you a cc fee and to quit acting like we were an annoyance. Challenging but a good experience. Albert is the best on that day we went there in Toyota in Katy. We went there for an oil change. We were looking around the showroom but no one entertained us except for Mr. Albert. Everything else was the same in dealing with the price of the vehicle. The gentleman from the financing was amazing. We forgot his name but what I can remember was he is the one with knee problem. He has a lot of patience. Explaining everything to us. We ended around 10 pm. And then when were done, Mr. Albert was still there waiting for us. We were the last customers who got out the dealership. Mr. Albert still helped us moved our stuff from my 2016 4runner to my new 2018 4runner. 😊 More
