The only bad customer service I experienced was with the receptionists. When I stopped by for an appointment with Chris she was on her phone and seemed like I was bothering her. Once I sat down I was told I could wait for someone else because Chris wasn't in or leave. Once I came back after I made a second appointment another receptionists helped me but also in a way as if I wasnt welcome. I would suggest some customer service training for them because everyone else was very nice and inviting. More

Something is not right I wish I will be able to said other wise but in recent times since I bought my 2016 Tundra, I being trying to do some research on their offers to buy I wish I will be able to said other wise but in recent times since I bought my 2016 Tundra, I being trying to do some research on their offers to buy another car from them. But all that I've got was dissaponted and rejection they seems to start treating their customers like they are making you a favor instead of the most valued person and potential client they can have. Some people there act like rocks stars starting from the receptionist they barely greet you unless you ask them something directly and when you finally go through the sales staff some of them seems to be looking for big shots or rich people in order to decide if they can get your business other wise they simple rejects any question or request for information on their best deal on their vehicles. Its a shame when 2 or 3 years ago when I bought our pick up truck they really treat us like people and they where interested in our business. Now present time seems like they just don't want to waiste any time selling their cars. More
