The one challenge I have when it comes to purchasing a car from dealers is that somehow there always seem to be hidden fees somewhere. Some of these fees are in categories not easily explained or understood. It would be better to openly list all these costs so the buyer is aware up front. In fact it is not even that the fees are high, but just to avoid this annoying practice. Anyway it all got sorted out after talking to Courtney. Everything went very smooth after that and we were out of the dealership in good time with a purchase we were happy with. Our purchase was a used car which was nicely cleaned and ready for us promptly. This was my third car purchase in the last seven years and the first at Don McGill Toyota of Katy.
