Salesman was a flat out liar The salesman said multiple times that the price of the RAV4 was $20,000 flat. We even told him that price was different than the internet price, but h The salesman said multiple times that the price of the RAV4 was $20,000 flat. We even told him that price was different than the internet price, but he continued to say $20k, until we got inside and he showed us the numbers. At that time he said that what is said on the lot doesn’t count, and that is because he is just trying to get us inside. What is said inside apparently counts. He flip flopped on what he could do and not do. The Apex plan was 599 on his offer. We did not want it. He took it off. Then it showed up on the finance docs at $799, which was then removed, again. This was an ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The main reason we came here is because we had already bought 3 vehicles from you and had good experiences. Whatever has changed, it is for the worse. Excellent customer service. I was helped by Chris who addressed my original service issue. My tire pressure light came on so he had someone check it out, finding that I had a n I was helped by Chris who addressed my original service issue. My tire pressure light came on so he had someone check it out, finding that I had a nail in it. He had it put in service bay to patch it. Found out i needed 4 new tires and license light. He explained the tire issue and sale going on. Also said his wife had gotten a ticket because her license light was out. Chris worked his tail off dealing with my issue in a professional yet friendly manner. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. I was going on a road trip so I appreciated that he made sure the car was checked over thoroughly. Great customer service!!! More
