Make ready service! Took my car in to get my back window re tinted. Now that I had to use my defrost it doesn't work. Unbelievably bad services including collision estimates Took my car for 100,000mile service and rack and pinion repair. After the repair the car make clucking sound which wasn't there before at turning steering. I took it back to fix it, they said it was loose bolt cuz they did not tighten it correctly. How dangerous this could be! Again I took my car to Toyota for collision repair on sliding door. The door became disfuctioned after the collision repair. The collision department wanted to argue that was wear and tear, just because they did not do correct estimation of the repair Telling me their repair was life time warranty. That is a joke ! Don't let this fool you. Now I have to call the insurance to help me advise what to do and I am still dealing with the problem that I don't have it before until I have the accident and collision repair. I have lost the trust in to Toyota of katy for services and collision repair. I have wasted more than 5 visits and still poroblems are not resolved.. More
Trust lost due to negligence of vehicle Horrible service. I got my car inspected before a long drive. Waited the long 3 hours then received my keys to the car. I checked the sheet to see my tires were at 1 and 2 ratings out of 12 (worst quality of tire). Nobody told me to get new tires as the score deemed the tires needing immediate attention. Later on the drive, my fender and splash guard were dragging due to the negligence of the mechanic not attaching them to my car properly. Had to pay out of pocket for labor and parts and did not get anything out of Don Mcgill. Horrible service. The reason you get your car checked up is to make sure everything is okay or at least know about the problems so you can fix them. I've been going here for a couple years but I've lost trust as this dealership cares about the volumes of cars they can service and not the integrity of their work. More
Very poor dealings with finance First, Alexis Cantu, finance manager, didn't tell me that there was another bank offering lower finance rate. When I asked her to look up Chase, we found their rate to be lower than Wells Fargo that she said had the cheapest rate. Very unethical. Perhaps they get kick backs from Wells Fargo. Second, I bought a 2017 Highlander Hybrid about 2 weeks ago. I bought auto and Apex extended warranties. She said it was a take-it-or-leave-it situation so I agreed to buy it at the time of sale since she clearly told me that I can get a full refund if I cancel within 30 days. I found a much cheaper coverage online and now Ms. Cantu does not respond for a refund. She never answers her phone, neither returns my voicemails or email. Finally emailed General Manager Mike Mynatt. No response yet. Logged in a complaint with Toyota also. Luckily I put down payment on my credit card so now I can dispute the price I paid for extended warranties with them. Otherwise I would have been left out cold! Salesman Belal Awad was very nice and extremely helpful but they have no authority over anything. More

Thanks for wasting more than two hours of my day and NOT receiving any service. If your Service Department will not honor appointments and prioritize work according to appointments 1st, then why do you bother taking them? I had a scheduled appointment for a state inspection inspection at 11:30am. I arrived before 11am and requested my car be returned to me at around 1:30 as it hadn't moved since it was taken into the shop at 11:30. You and your service "advisor", Antonio Novoa, should look for a new profession as you are not very good at this one. This is the second and last time I will allow a Toyota dealership service team steal my time. If I could rate this location lower, I would along with any other Toyota dealership Service Department. Don't waste your time with this place. I went to a local Texaco down the street from my apartment and was in and out in 20min. More
