I can say that I'm extremely disappointed with this place. I trusted this place as a second opinion because the last dealership that I was taking my car to for a very long time, misdiagnosed my vehicle place. I trusted this place as a second opinion because the last dealership that I was taking my car to for a very long time, misdiagnosed my vehicle twice. I entrusted just because of their percentage of positive reviews. When I originally brought my vehicle in, me and the service advisor Paul we're working with my warranty company to cover an expensive repair that they were needing additional information on. Paul who was very easy to work with and a very kind person refused to let me drive the vehicle until we fixed this issue. He put me in a loaner and patiently handled the issues with the warranty company until we all came to an agreement. When we all came to an agreement I agreed to have them do the work in addition I requested they do a full inspection on both front and rear brakes. They concluded that the front brakes needed to be resurfaced and the brake pads needed to be redone. No problem I approved that work.. shortly after I returned and did a test drive and explain to them that I was still hearing the noise that originally had brought me in and reported that it sounded the same. The tech who was working on it claimed very hard that he believed it was a normal engine noise and concluded that it wasn't threatening at all in any way to my vehicle's health. At that point I was confused as to why I had dished out $1,200 for this repair. Shortly after I received a request to make a review and I left a review with additional comments as to why I felt uneasy about the repair. It took a couple days after me leaving the review for the customer's experience manager to reach out to me through an email telling me she was going to reach out to me shortly. She never did until I called and complained and requested a service manager to call me. Instead she called me the next day, mind you she was pretty rude and kept cutting me off and at some point put words in my mouth and try to conclude that as part of the report without my acknowledgment. Shortly after Refugio called me and told me that the tech person that was working on my vehicle should have never charged me for that work and that the person messed up diagnosing it... instead he decided to go ahead and reverse the charge that I paid out of pocket for that specific job and just charged me for the brakes and the oil change. About a week after driving my vehicle I noticed that the brakes were making some kind of a squeaking noise and I reported it twice by calling and leaving messages for Refugio, he is yet to call me back to address that. I'm curious to see, if this is all some kind of controversy of them charging me for something when they really didn't do it? I'm real disappointed because when I was in y'all's loaner vehicle I took really good care of it, complied with everything and even washed and returned it in mint condition! And y'all didn't even take care of my vehicle! The only two people that were very decent to me throughout the whole entire experience was Paul and Muhammad who was in The Loner car Department. Not sure why I haven't been called to the address the brakes issue. I paid for a full front brake job and that includes pads and resurfacing of the rotors, now unfortunately I have to take my vehicle to a different shop to get a second opinion and see if y'all messed up because I'm not sure if I can trust you all again to bring my vehicle back! More
