I had a service appointment this morning and I had a great experience. Carter; the service advisor was excellent. There are a few things that are important to me when I go to the dealership. 1) I'm able to get in and out 2) the service requested is done correctly 3) I don't feel pressured to add additional services. A complementary car wash is also great, but I value my time more. 4) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I was able to get in and out in 30 min. I don't see any issues with the service provided.
