Nice place to purchase and have your car serviced. The advisors are very knowledgeable of their craft. The Toyota service team had so many recommendations it initially felt like they were trying to sell me the moon, but I got all the information, asked questions, and verified that information with a mechan initially felt like they were trying to sell me the moon, but I got all the information, asked questions, and verified that information with a mechanic friend. The recommendations checked out, the explanations were correct, and the prices were fair. Carter was incredibly polite and communicative, explained things simply without talking down. He was happy to go through information until I was comfortable and we confirmed we were on the same page. I hope I don't need this involved of service often, but honestly, this should be the example in training. Carter and team aced it. Thank you! More
