Not sure I like all the changes. I am handicapped and takes me longer to get around. We started talking with one person right across from doors. This is the first time that I give a bad comment. We had a terrible experience at Toyota of Katy. It was very smoothful to communicate with the salesperson, who was very nice and patient. During the discussion, we noticed that the car model shown on the quote was different from the one we had been talking about all the time. We pointed it out but the manager said "never mind it was a typo". After around 5-hour discussion, we made a great deal. Then, all of my sensitive information about financing was given to them as they required and my credit was reviewed. Right after that, another manager jumped out and said that they cannot give us the offer because they made a mistake about the car model. They increased the price by $4000 without space to discuss. We were very frustrated. They made a mistake not us. We spent around 5 hours there from 12 pm to 5 pm and we cancelled all the appointments in the afternoon. We even had no time for lunch. More
