I have been getting my vehicle serviced and repaired at this location for yrs with no issues but recently whomever is the main lady answering/ transferring calls for service as of 10-10-2023 was extremely this location for yrs with no issues but recently whomever is the main lady answering/ transferring calls for service as of 10-10-2023 was extremely impatient, rude and apparently confused about her job. I made an appt online to which it was confirmed by text for 48 hrs later. Then the following morning I received a call from a lady asking to provide some detail on why I wanted a service appt. I described the issue (a dry screeching noise when I turned my wheel), gave the make and model of my vehicle as well as a note that it's a lifted truck. She said I needed to speak with "make ready dept" whomever that is, so she transferred me. They were closed so she told me to call back later that day so I did. When the lady answered (not sure if it was the same one) I was then transferred again to make ready who was available this time and they said they didnt understand why I was transferred and confirmed my initial appt for the next morning. Figured that was the end of it. I then received a text switching my appt from the following morning to the following week. So I called back to ask why the appt switch. Same lady answered and this time she had an attitude as if i was irritating her. She said hang on, then came back & said make ready will call you back. I said why, she said they are who work on lift kits. I said I never said I need a lift kit serviced. I just said I had a noise that needs to be examined and described my truck as lifted. Could be a steering fluid leak, a gasket that needs replaced or lubed etc.. Could be a number of things. At this point she sounded extremely irritated and became more rude and short saying I told her it was a lift kit that needed to be serviced which was why the run around and confirmed my original appt for the next morning. Like seriously? Just because she was lost she projected her frustration on me. Even after all that unnecessary run around I was patient and just viewed it as a "misunderstanding" but based on her response, her poor customer service definitely needs to be pointed out and addressed.
