It was the 1st dealership I visited The 1st sales. an who approached me was Mr. Brandon Hawkins. I told him what I wanted. He said "I have exactly what you want." Unprofessional, wasted my time. I called to schedule a service appointment for a recall. The part was going to take a couple days to arrive, so they scheduled me 3 days out at 0700. I called to schedule a service appointment for a recall. The part was going to take a couple days to arrive, so they scheduled me 3 days out at 0700. I made arrangements to be able to drop the car off on a Wednesday at 0700. Tuesday, I received a text to confirm my appointment. On Wednesday morning, I show up for my appointment and they dont have the part in stock! Its fine that the part is taking longer to arrive, its not ok to have me find out after I arranged child care, sat in traffic, and drove out there early in the morning. No calls, nothing. They even confirmed the appointment the night before. They should have rescheduled my appointment and not been a complete waste of time. More

I have been having my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Katy since I purchased it in 2018. Carlos Mendez is absolutely the best service advisor I have encountered. Ever since I was introduced to Carlos, he has since I purchased it in 2018. Carlos Mendez is absolutely the best service advisor I have encountered. Ever since I was introduced to Carlos, he has been my go to person. I trust him with my vehicle and his recommendations. He is a true asset to your service advisors team.
