My wife and I decided that we needed to trade in our large truck for something smaller, that we could both agree on, (not an easy task! LOL). So last Saturday we started shopping around at several dealers before stopping in at Don Miller Mazda, which after our experience with Yevgeniy should have been our FIRST stop. I'm 52 years old and have bought many vehicles in those years and have never felt good about going shopping for a new or used vehicle. I don't like the high pressure sales, the following you around like your going to "steal" something, etc.... You know what I'm talking about! Well, I felt none of that by Yevgeniy. Actually it was just the opposite, he made us feel more like family. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and answered all our questions. I actually told him that we were not sure exactly what we were looking for, but let him know the features that we were interested in having and those that were a "must have". He went well out of his way and spent as much time as we needed, not only to see what was there, but to make sure what we were looking at, we would be happy with. Once we decided on our new Mazda 6i GT, he went through the complete options with us. Thank God he did, as the car is smarter than me...LOL. Yevgeniy, then had us work with Michal the Finance Manager to complete the purchase, and again, Michal was great to work with, and made the complete experience a joy!!
