Cole in the Finance department was similarly easy to work with, zero pressure or hassle. Just want to give a shout out to Don Miller Subaru, and make folks aware of an unusual used car they have. The car is a 2019 BMW 530e xDrive (all wheel drive) Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). make folks aware of an unusual used car they have. The car is a 2019 BMW 530e xDrive (all wheel drive) Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). The people I spoke with were very nice, including Jon Elkins, Tray Smith and Yevegniy Kuolapnik. I also spoke with Dennis Riddle whom I first met six years ago when we were looking at Subarus, and two good friends purchased Subarus there. We wanted to see what it would be like to drive a PHEV, since we are considering purchasing one, new or used -- and they are very hard to find (as in nearly impossible as of August 2022) on dealer lots. They were very accommodating - were even willing to have us take the car for an entire business-hours day to take home and drive around - we declined, since we had gotten the information we needed. So, we did not buy this car, but the dealership treated us well. (I wish the "price" category had a not-applicable. ;) ). More

I went in to get my front tire looked at. I was given a statement of work and approved them to work on my car. I emailed the service manager who sent me the SOW and asked her if they could ad I was given a statement of work and approved them to work on my car. I emailed the service manager who sent me the SOW and asked her if they could add an oil change (that I would pay for of course) and she said they would do it and told me the price would increase by 70$+tax with the oil change. I received a call when my car is done and I confirmed with the guy who called me that it got an oil change done as well. He said it did and was ready to be picked up whenever. I go to pick up the car and the guy who was talking me through my receipt wasn't able to explain what they did to my car. I was in a bit of a rush so I told him it was fine. I didn't thoroughly look at the receipt (it was before work and I had a call to be on shortly), but confirmed the price matched the new quote I was given and it did. I noticed the oil change sticker hadn't been updated and so I took a closer look at the receipt and realized there was no oil change on it. There was an additional charge for something that wasn't on my original SOW (and I didn't get an explanation when I picked it up) that made the total the total believable based on my original + the oil change. Pretty bogus, would not recommend. More
I've been with Subaru West for several cars now and they've never failed to impress. Their service is top quality and their follow up is as well.
