Dropped off RAM 1500 on June 13th for a Radio Change- they informed me that my electrical system was ruined. No accident, no fire, no issues. 53 days later, Chrysler is involved, they have not accurat they informed me that my electrical system was ruined. Its less than 2 years old and less than 20,000 miles, it's a LEMON. They can't fix it, cannot diagnose the issue, and they don't communicate, and certainly haven't offered me a buy out of my truck. For more than 7 weeks my business has suffered without this truck, I was forced to buy a new truck, not a RAM I assure you. Beware of this service department- they are NOT competent, and not able to admit defeat. RAM is junk, and everyone should beware - E. Dashner More

Van is 7 years old and required extensive work to the tune of $3,900.00. Most of the issues were resolved.
