I had my truck there at the dealership to have two opera control arms installed upfront and they forgot to put a knot on one of the upper control arms so then my wheel fell off then I had them to fix it. They ended up putting on a whole different upper control arms, not the same ones as I had and now my alignment on this truck is all messed up. The truck is not drivable. Seems like service is slipping a bit lately. I bought my used 2016 Jeep GC back in 2019 and it's now having some issues, to be expected. While Don White's appear to have fixed the issue, I was annoyed at a couple of admittedly small things; First. they keep charging me for oil changes, which are lifetime free for me as I bought the truck from them. I mentioned this to the advisor twice "yeah no problem." But there it is, on the bill and I have to wait to get it refunded. Why not flag customers who have lifetime free oil changes accordingly? This has happened before. Second small one - I asked twice can they wash the vehicle while they have it? "yeah no problem." Not washed, filthy. Many places will wash it for you no problem (Jones Junction). Small things obviously but these are the things that can P customers off. Maybe the front staff need some help - they seemed slammed today. How can 2 people keep up with everything? Seems nuts and we, the customers, are noticing. On a positive note I love my Jeep GC and DW's have always done good work. Just these small irritants got to me today. And seeing the harried front office staff trying to juggle 10 things at once.
