Absolutely horrible. My truck sat there for nine months. The loaner vehicle they gave me was a Subaru a new one but not my pick up or a pick up. They were rude and when I said, I'll never buy another Ford or one from there the answer was, we have plenty of customers not to worry. I used to have five Ford vehicles in my driveway. Now I'm no longer important. I'm not the only one with these complaints. Plenty of people are complaining. Unless it was a recall, I would never go back there and this was a recall and it took nine months nine months to get my stuff, not apologetic about it at all. More
